GENERAL MANAGER
SCOTT EPSENSEN
Scott has been named General Manager Harden Architectural Security Products. He previously led the Architectural and Perimeter Security Divisions of Ross Technology, providing day to day leadership and management of the group. Scott grew into this leadership position after serving in numerous roles with the company over the years.
Scott proudly served in the USAF Special Operations Command, where he was an Aircrew Electronics Communications System Operator of specialized EC-130 Aircraft. This is where Scott developed his passion for service in the protection of people and assets important to our beliefs.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
steve kemper
Steve has over a decade of experience in the development and implementation of security products. He led the expansion of Ross Technology’s Architectural and Perimeter Security portfolio and holds two U.S. Patents for security fencing. Active in many industry groups, Steve has been instrumental in the development of numerous test standards and specifications.
WARRANTY/COMMISSIONING MANAGER
dAVE TRICKETT
David comes to Harden as the Warranty & Commissioning Manager with over 25 years of experience in both architectural and perimeter security products. David has served numerous roles and brings to the team experience with building, testing, installing, and commissioning vehicle barrier systems, sliding gates, FEBR security windows, doors, louvers and embeds.
